1. Introduction
This Personal Data Protection Notice ("Notice") explains how BEPRO SOLUTIONS PLT collects, uses,
processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010
("PDPA").
BaikiPRO is a digital platform connecting:
- Homeowners / Customers
- Contractors / Service Providers
- Staffs / Employees / Internal Team Members
By accessing, registering for, or using BaikiPRO, or by submitting personal data to us, you consent to
the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Notice.
2. Types of Personal Data Collected
A. Customers
- Full name
- Contact number and email address
- Residential address and service location
- Payment information (processed via third-party payment gateways; we do not store card details)
- Service requests, job details, communications
- Images, notes, or attachments related to service requests
- Device information, IP address, and app usage data
B. Contractors / Service Providers
- Full name
- NRIC / Passport number
- Company name (if applicable)
- Contact number and email
- Business registration number (SSM)
- Bank account details (for payouts)
- Skills, certifications, service categories
- Location data for job matching
- Profile photos and uploaded verification documents
C. Staffs / Employees
- Full name
- NRIC / Passport number
- Contact details
- Employment and HR records
- Bank account details (salary/payment)
- Emergency contact information
- Internal system login credentials
- Performance, compliance, and operational data
- Documents required under Malaysian employment laws
Sensitive Personal Data — Sensitive personal data (as defined under the PDPA,
including health data, biometric data, religious beliefs, or similar) is not collected unless
voluntarily provided, strictly necessary, or required by law, and will only be processed with
explicit consent or lawful basis.

Staffs / Employees

- EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and statutory submissions

4. Marketing & Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications at any time by emailing:

Operational or service-related communications (e.g. job confirmations, payment notices, security alerts)
will continue as they are necessary for service delivery.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to:
- Customers ↔ Contractors (job-related information only)
- Payment processors and financial institutions
- Cloud hosting, IT service providers, and system vendors
- Customer support and operational partners
- Government authorities (e.g. LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, regulators)
- Legal advisers, auditors, and law enforcement agencies where required
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit personal
data.
Third-Party Services: The Platform may contain links to or integrations with
third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in locations outside Malaysia for cloud hosting, system
maintenance, or technical support. We ensure such transfers comply with PDPA requirements and that
appropriate safeguards are implemented.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data.
However, no system is completely secure, and users acknowledge data transmission is at their own risk.
8. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, or regulatory purposes. Data may
be anonymised for analytics after account closure.
